It is famous for retaining the First-Order Fresnel lens that was installed when it was first elected in 1857. This magnificent lighthouse guided boats to land for 80 years until it was in 1933.

The legendary Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall features an amazing concert lineup, and you’re likely to find something to your liking. Every Monday, there are free half-hour concerts and tours of the pipe organ.
